Joke's on me.

Lately, the weather has been extremely deceiving. I wake up to find the sun shining and it looks like a perfect day outside my window. I get up to get ready for my day off and browse the contents of my closet to find something spring-like to match the glorious day ahead of me. I am ready to face the world in a short sleeved, airy frock and brrrrrrrrr. I am suddenly hit with a severe case of the goosebumps and my poor little tropical self withers in the crisp, brisk air. And so back I go to sadly hang up my perfect spring outfit and mourn over the lack of heat in layers of black. Saaad.  

 With the exception of the boots (DSW), watch (Guess-gift) and gold necklace (my Gmama's), the entire outfit consists of items of clothing bought and layered from a local store.

    One thing we know in the UK, don't be fooled by the Sun. It has been so windy here today.

    lol, opposite scenario here! mornings are freezing, so i layer up...only to be greeted by sunny skies as idrive in to work! all the layers come off! those are some rockin' boots...love the buckles.

    Love the leopard-print cardigan! Yes I agree, sometimes a bright sun does not necessarily mean heat, and I totally wear the wrong type of clothing ha! x

    Aw, the weather can be a tricky beast! Also, seeing the palm trees in your background makes me miss home! :/ I can't wait for spring break and a return to warmth! Hope you're doing well :)
