Faux and Fabulous.

My very first post of 2011. Exciting!
 

So, if it isn't already obvious...the faux part of this post pertains to my pants and my sister Erin's moto jacket. I just love how the fake stuff now doesn't always scream cheap or look completely
street walker-ish and that there are so many brands that make really great "leather" pieces to wear nowadays. I can remember when I was younger and fake leather was called pleather. Hahaha. Do they still call it that? If they do, then I guess I'm wearing pleather! But I sure am proud of it!
 
The fabulous part of this post is that you all get to meet my fabulous baby sis, Erin! She is one of my favorite people on this planet! She's super smart and just an absolutely amazing and beautiful person inside and out. It was really fun doing this post with her and it probably won't be the last. In some ways our styles are quite similar and other times I have NO idea what she's thinking! (Just kidding, Er!) Actually, she probably thinks that about some of my outfits. Trust me, I've had some doozies in the past! And I'm almost 100% sure I'll have more in the future. Just wait for it.  ;)

On Erin- dress: random store in downtown LA, moto jacket: local store, tights: Target, ankle boots: F21, bracelets: Tiffany's, watch: Betsey Johnson, necklace: our Gmama's.
On me- silk blouse: thrifted from Goodwill, pants: F21, belt and fedora: Ross, shoes: Bakers. necklace and croc ring: F21.

    how fun is this?! tell the hubbs, great shots. you and your sister are adorbs. love those pants. whatever they call it, it's the same plasticky stuff with a glorified name, and i love it too! there are those yummy blue shoes. i'mma get me some!
