Yesterday was my nephew's 2nd birthday. Happy birthday, Jones!
We spent the entire afternoon at Puddingstone Lake (just 15 minutes away from our place!) bbq-ing, enjoying the sunshine and feeding the ducks with hot dog buns, tortillas and cheerios. It was such a beautiful day that I didn't even realize it was Monday. I love days like these when it feels like I'm a million miles away from reality. I can just catch my breath and recharge.

Most of the items I'm wearing in this post are oldies but goodies just thrown together for a comfy and casual day with the loved ones.
I've worn the jumper before in this post. On this day, I threw on a racerback tank over it and a sheer shirt because like lace, I'm obsessed with anything see-through for this season.
Spring is definitely here in sunny California!
Oh wasn't it pretty in our area? Wow just a beautiful day! Cute outfit! I need to remember to wear my hat like that too! Your hair is getting so long, it's so pretty!

ReplyDeleteYour outfit has got me all excited for spring and the trends that it brings with it. You put this together so effortlessly but it looks lovely. I can't wait until it is nice enough here for my to pull out my sandals and wear shorts again!
ReplyDeleteYes! and let's be friends too :) These pictures make me so incredibly jealous, since I'm stuck up here in Oregon and the weather is bipolar (but more often than not, raining). Love that flowy top. So so much.

ReplyDeleteI haven't had my hair done, I think it's just the way I styled it for the photos and editing the photos changed the colour a little and just that I haven't dyed my hair in a while and my natural colour is growing through.
ReplyDeleteoh, you look so beautiful and comfy! :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like the perfect day! And this look is so laidback and chic, I love it. Love the pattern of the jumper as well as the sheer shirt. I agree, sheers and see-throughs are the best trend right now!
